Workload Drivers - Multiple Defendants

Question: The "multiple defendants" driver states that it is appropriate when two or more co-defendants are implicated.  Does this mean our client and 1 additional or our client and at least 2 additional?

My assumption was that once a second defendant is added, they both become co-defendants. However, the second portion states "Selection of this workload driver requires entry of the number of co-defendants (in addition to our client) implicated in the case.  If there is one other defendant along with our client, would we input 1 as the "Number of co-defendants"?

Answer: 2 defendants (client plus co-D) = code driver.

If there is one co-defendant in the case, alongside your client, enter “1” as the number of co-defendants.
